Additional Licenses

Additional user licenses can be purchased at a reduced rate for users within the same practice only when you sign up for your subscription. When you subscribe, you will be asked the number of individuals that will be accessing this system. For security purposes and to validate licenses we capture your computer's IP address.

Purchasing Additional Licenses

Your subscription is based on having one "main" license and unlimited additional licenses, which are sold at a discounted rate. Prices can be seen at the top of the subscription form.

Managing who uses the additional licenses is easy. The subscription form allows you to enter all of the information for the main license (or main user) and provides a box where you can enter the User Id's and Passwords for those individuals that will be using the additional licenses. It's all kept in one place and allows you to change and/or reassign User Id's and Passwords as needed.

As an Example
If you are a new subscriber and are purchasing 3 licenses, you would enter the number 3 in the [Number of Licenses] field. The form interprets that as meaning that you want one "main" license and 2 additional discounted licenses. If you are an existing subscriber and are purchasing 2 additional licenses, you would enter the number 2 in the [Number of Licenses] field since the system will recognize that you already have a 'main' license.

All of the information on the form is specific to the main license. So in the [Login User ID] and [Password] fields you would enter the information for the main user. Then in the [Additional Licenses] box you would make 2 entries for the 2 additional users. There is a 4 character minimum for User Ids and 5 character minimum for Passwords.

The 2 entries for the [Additional Licenses] box could look like this below. Note that the User Id and Password for each entry is separated by a colon and that each entry is on it's own line.
